Business Unit Manager (Distribution)
Responsibilities:
- In the position as Business Manager for Distribution, the successful candidate would be responsible for the development of our Retail and Wholesale business to the Builders Merchants, Hardware and DIY channels.
- This is a hands-on role, so the candidate should be highly motivated with strong selling, management and people skills.
- Increases market presence and market share, achieve targeted figure, and collects receivables.
- Ensures the achievement of set financial targets.
- Handles a team or direct reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course or any Engineering, Marketing related course
- Minimum seven(7)years experience in building product sales
- Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
- Ability to set strategies for the introduction of new products
- Set realistic targets in line with expected growth
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and provincial areas in the Philippines
Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drives the local local sourcing initiatives for “direct” as well as for “indirect goods and services”
- Ensures the availability of all raw and packaging materials in close cooperation with the responsible Corporate Material Group Managers.
- Implements Sika`s overall procurement strategy in close cooperation with Regional and Corporate Procurement
- Facilitates the improvement of quality and processes on a local level and ensures achievement of set financial targets.
- Establishes a local procurement organization which ensures the support for Sika`s regional and global Material Group Management process.
- Conducts a quarterly performance reporting by using the Corporate reporting templates.
- Oversees dispatch and deliveries to customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Engineering or Business Management or its equivalent.
- With at least five (5) years of working experience in the supply chain process.
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to present concepts at functional and executive levels.

Sales Manager (Visayas and Mindanao)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of our Retail and Wholesale business to the Builders Merchants, Hardware and DIY channels and construction projects.
- This is a hands-on role, so the candidate should be highly motivated with strong selling, management and people skills.
- Ensures the achievement of set financial targets.
- Increases market presence and market share, achieve targeted figure, and collects receivables.
- Handles a team or direct reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course or any Engineering, Marketing related course
- Minimum seven(7)years experience in building product sales
- Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
- Ability to set strategies for the introduction of new products
- Set realistic targets in line with expected growth
- Willing to travel within Visayas and Mindanao areas.
Sales Specialist (Metro Manila and Luzon Area)
Responsibilities:
- Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular market segment as may be assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Prepares the necessary reports on documentation of sales activities for use of his immediate superior.
- Facilitates collection of check payments.
- Increases market presence and market share, achieve targeted figure, and collects receivables.
- Maintains customer rapport and build relationship, keep watch for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course or any Engineering, Marketing related course
- Minimum seven(7)years experience in building product sales
- Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
- Ability to set strategies for the introduction of new products
- Set realistic targets in line with expected growth
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon provincial areas.
Sales Specialist (Distribution)
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the business unit’s performance in sales service the requirements of and service in accordance with the company’s Quality Manual Systems, review and objectives, policies and procedures.
- Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular market segment as may be assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Prepares the necessary reports on documentation of sales activities for use of his immediate superior.
- Facilitates collection of check payments.
- Increases market presence and market share, achieve targeted figure, and collects receivables.
- Maintains customer rapport and build relationship, keep watch for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
- With at least 5 years of working experience in construction or distribution industry.
- Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver’s license).
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and provincial areas.
